After completing the design of bank branches Sugamo Shinkin Bank in Tokiwadai and Niiza, the architectural firm Moureaux Emmanuelle has been responsible for architectural and interior redesign of this branch in Shimura, Tokyo .
The study sought to escape the seriousness normally accompanies the banks, providing a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, changing the rules of the game and atmosphere resulting in a fresh and full of light.
For this, the study was based on a basic concept: rainbow. The building is made up of a set of twelve layers of colors that peer out the front to invite customers to come.
