Friends all.
When José Martí writes in his column entitled "Honor, honor," he expressed, that "whom honor is honor," that, "who respects others, and respecting the same," well, aspiring to its nation of origin is in harmony everywhere honored and respected, instructs us that when you have the ability to respect and honor, we honor and respect everyone. This concept of José Martí, was coined in the newspaper "The Colony "September 8, 1876. Five years later, we find, with the same title, a text published in the No. 1 magazine-created by the Venezuela in Caracas on July 1, 1881 - to honor the memory of the martyrs of the homeland Bolivar.
Martiniano Matching with the thought in comment, I am convinced that tonight's honorees, agree with me in thanking the honorable distinction, then then in the context of this feast, here and now, endorse, by training, dedication and conviction our membership and loyalty to the Institutional Revolutionary Party.
Inspired by the conceptual side, the decorated, while we congratulate ourselves, we applaud our state leaders and the Justice party, have weighted proselytizing work and career of party, such as those most significant in the evaluation to the awarding of medals, honors, awards and diplomas.
